Medal of Honor Review

You have several different games modes like Combat Mission,  Raid,  Team Deathmatch,  and Sector Control.  My favorite of the group is Team Deathmatch.  Just like every other FPS,  you have 2 teams and the goal is to out kill the other team.  I spent more time in this mode than any other.

Raid was a very frustrating game mode.  You are in a very small map with very limited spawn points.  The goal is to capture or defend 2 points on the map in a 5 minute time frame.  Most skilled players just ignore the objectives and fight their way through to the other side’s spawn points and camp out.  You would spawn for 3 seconds get killed and repeat.  I seriously almost broke a controller in anger playing this mode.

My second favorite mode was Combat Mission.  These were played on large maps and you had 5 objectives.  You were either on the attacking team or defending team.  You would get an objective with a time limit and need to capture or destroy and than move on.  These matches were very frantic and would often go 15 mins or more.

Last but not least is Sector Control,  this would be close to a Domination type game mode.  You must control Sectors to achieve enough points to win the match.  Each map would have 3 sectors at a time.  I found this mode to be the easiest to level up in.

Once you get past the steep learning curve and get some levels under your belt,  the online mode can become very fun.  I suggest starting with Sector Control until you get comfortable.
