Since the “Cyber Ninja” has not existed prior to Retaliation, this is pretty much a new character. No one seems to be certain whether it’s an army builder or a singular character, though the “filecard” seems to indicate it is a singular character. Some have surmised this is the mercenary Wraith retconned a bit for movie line purposes. Pre-release pictures have also shown him with the Wraith noggin as an alternate head, though it’s unfortunately not the case in the carded release.
If this is supposed to be an army builder, it seems, to me, to be a rehashing of the Night Creeper idea, since they were ninjas that employed whatever modern electronic devices they could use to their advantage. Whatever the case may be, it’s nice that Hasbro created something new, even if it’s terribly confusing.

The Cyber Ninja is the ultimate combination of ancient ninja fighting arts and advanced technology. He almost defies gravity as he stealthily slides down the side of a heavily guarded building. With his cybernetic invisibility suit, he slips inside undetected to carry out a lethal sneak attack.
