The figure is molded in pastel-lime green and green and white, with a few applications of paint here and there. One of two things I can say to this figure’s credit is that the paint job was well done, and comes pretty close to what we got out of the original 80’s figure. Except for the head. I don’t know if it’s sloppy paint or just the likely loss of detail from a 20+ year old head, but the paint job on the head is just lacking in crispness and detail. Everything about the bobble-head is just very washed out, compared to the rest of the figure.

The second thing that’s to this figure’s credit is the accessories. I’ve seen some complaints about his feet not really working with the snowboard, but I didn’t have those issues. His feet settled tight on the pegs, and stayed till I pulled him free. He had more of an issue staying on the stand than on the snowboard.

So you get the snowboard, backpack, and a gun sculpted with some arctic wrappings, that was to come with the canceled winter wonderland Duke(Arctic Threat?). Along with that, there’s the rocket launcher and one rocket from 25th Bazooka, holster from General Hawk, Spirit Iron-Knife’s knife, Recondo’s rifle in white, and the Snow Serpent fur collar. It was a good way to get us some of that canceled gear, without bringing us another damn Duke.

The snowboard and it’s complementary accessory(the backpack) are possibly the highlight here. The snowboard has these nifty pop-out blades, which spring out smoothly. The board also plugs into the frame piece that attaches to the backpack, as does the rocket launcher, so Iceberg can carry everything pretty effectively.
