Hawkeye v1 should be available at your local comic book shop, Amazon.com, or other booksellers.

Accessibility

Some violence (lots of people getting shot by arrows) but it’s not particularly bloody or gory in the way that, say, a Wolverine title is.

Some prior knowledge of Clint Barton’s background (as well as Kate Bishop’s) is helpful, although most of what you need to know is explained in context.

Verdict

It’s a great book. I went in expecting not to like it (and only picked it up due to the creative team and because the library had it available), and ended up enjoying it immensely. It’s well plotted and the art is great; check it out.
