Overall is not an average.

It’s not a bad figure overall. Certainly not my top choice when it comes to my own collection, and with the inability to pose it requires a bit of work to get it up to par. But, again, not bad. If you weren’t impressed with the first Joe Trooper back in Wave 1, this is a great replacement for it.
