The paint job is average at best. He’s cast in what I think is red and blue plastic, and all the reds, whites, and blues are there highlighting everything they should. But it doesn’t seem like any care was taken. There’s some paint bleed, there’s some uneven lines, the star is off-center, it’s really just a mess to me. I imagine that this may not be the case with all of them, but I can only review what’s in front of me. And what’s in front of me looks like it was painted by someone who either forgot what they were doing or had shaky hands.
He comes with his shield and the advertised SHIELD BLAST accessory. It’s a big, stupid friction launcher you plug the shield into and then squeeze to send it flying. Why Captain America needs this, I’ll never know.
