Some silver and red highlights on a sea of raw black plastic. The head is raw red plastic, and would have benefited from a wash of some stripe. The eyes are done well enough on the review copy, and only have a hint of the wonkiness that plagues Hasbro’s 4″ lines at times. The tampoed Hydra sigils on both upper arms are clean and crisp, but the Hydra belt buckle mask was off, so it’s pretty sloppy.
Air Raid Red Skull comes, quite naturally, with a spring-loaded drone launcher that doubles as a backpack. It’s on the “Okay” end of the spring-loaded launcher scale, but it’s still not great. Like all of the launchers in this line, the drone will attach to a role-playing Captain America battle helmet. They could have given him a pistol (I know Hasbro has a swell Luger P08 mold), or the aforementioned cosmic cube, but no such luck. Thanks for nothing, Hasbro.
