So crappy figures for the HIND?

Nice photos Snakeeyes78! I still want one. The mini gun looks decent too.

Thank you! Just wanted to share with everyone. I know a Joe scale Hind has been a hot topic in the previous discussions.

Is anybody having any luck on the Eastern Shore finding any of these figures? I've already been to half a dozen stores in search of these guys

Wonder how much work it would take to get that Hind driver up to snuff. Aside from recessing the shoulder peg holes in the torso it looks like it would just be plug-n-play. The M134 is wrong as hell, but they did get that nauseating color the Russians use on in the cockpit right.

THE NBC Warfare guy looks pretty good.

I wonder if that Hind would look good with some MB Call of Duty 2inch figures? If a little chubby.

A new Target opened up recently in the town over, went by there today and they had all the BBI stuff out. Some figures look a lot better than others, but overall the value is still really good.

I got 2 NBC troopers and a five pack. The A10 was actually bigger than I thought it'd be. I guess the Terminator one is etched in my mind, that thing was tiny!!

Do you recommend buying the A-10? I have yet to see any of this stuff in stores anyway.

Picked some up when I was in WV yesterday, they're real hit or miss QC-wise, some of the figs I bought had arms that popped off as soon as I looked at them.

I wouldn't think so, it's VERY toy like. I mean, for kids and stuff it'd be fine, but it wouldn't mesh well with real 1:18 scale stuff.

Park that pile next to your AH-64A and see what happens.

In other news, someone is trying to convince themselves that the Eaglehawk was worth $45. It was no more a $45 vehicle than the Hind is a $30 one. They're both about $15 too much. Joe collectors. *shakes head*

I mean, it's not the worst thing in the world (That dubious honor goes to the RoC Dragonhawk abortion), but not something I need in my collection for sure.

It's a Joescale Mi-24D, I'm not entirely sure what anyone could expect from it. Slap a PTE Little Bird main rotor assembly on it and you've at least got the correct number of blades.

Of course, all the tool bags are poo-pooing it, as if Hasbro does any better. And don't make me point out that the Eaglehawk is more or less a reworking of an ancient design. Don't pretend it was a whole-cloth creation like the RoC Dragonfly, which is far more in-step with the shite that passes for Hasbro's vehicle design work.

It might pass in a dio set up in the back...a bit further away. Forced prospective and all.

That it could. Still not enough to justify easing my tyrannical scale purity standards.

Yeah. I'd be curious to see it with the proper proportion rotors.

Gotta say, I'm loving the NBC guys. It's just a really well done figure.
