That's about $144USD (that's including GTS for retail prices)

*welp* I guess I'm going to go have a look for myself. I wonder if the Warehouse will get these in stock at cheaper (they've been stocking PTE since 2004)

I went in on Saturday and mine didn't have it. They had the big building in tan and gray, the tank, the APC, the green tower, the supply truck, the little amphibious thing, a camping set, and a locker set. No helicopters and no cool base building.
