Repurposed MXS truck.

Picked up an MXS motocross truck toy at Goodwill this morning for 99 cents. I thought it was pretty neat it has rubber tires (which were a PAIN to remove and put back on for painting). I already had the spray paint at home, so when I got home I took out the 10 screws holding it together, peeled the decals off gave it a good wash and dry and shot some Joe appropriate colors on it. After re-assembly this is the result.

Looks nice.. a little weathering should go a long way.

Those tires look just like what I've been looking for to use on an MRAP custom I've been working on. It's been impossible to find the exact size and appropriate style I want. Nice find.

I like the clean simple paint app. Really well done. Reminds me of some of the commercial vehicles painted a plain olive drab green I have seen around Ft. Bragg being used by SOF units.
