Who is this Slayer part

So I got a bunch of parts I have no idea who they are for. I thought I would start a thread here for those Slayer parts that look cool as hell but don't know what character they are for. I realize some may be original character parts though.


Here is the first one that is driving me crazy.

I think I may use it for a Mindbender Lab Helmet. OOOH there is my "hero" for the Zombie contest!!

No, I mean the Battleforce 2000 guys- the dudes from GI Joe, one of the sub teams. They had all the strange futuristic vehicles that connected into a base.
