Footloose is the 2012 GI Joe Collector’s Club exclusive figure. He was unveiled in the fall of 2011, and began shipping in late April 2012. He is exclusive to members of the G.I. Joe Collector’s Club who signed up for membership by March 16, 2012 and is considered a “free” figure, along with the $44 year-long membership fee.
The 2012 version is a modern re-imagining of the original 1985 version of Footloose from the “A Real American Hero” line of G.I. Joe. While not a 100% slavish reproduction, it’s an effective update to a fan-favorite character, and many fans will have their collections one step closer to “complete” with this figure.

LL33, try adding just a dab of Super Glue on the metal ball joints. Wait overnight, and then put the legs back on. Should tighten them up. One leg was slightly loose on one figure, but not overly so.
Damn Rec, thats a great Review! my only complaint is that mine had the palsy legs which are quite loose!
