R.U.S.E. Review

R.U.S.E. is a slow and steady RTS game.  You need to use your best judgment at all times as one bad decision or a misplaced Ruse can cost you the game.  I personally really enjoyed the game.

One of the things that I found frustrating was the unit cap.  Many operations and maps had a limit to how many units you could build.  This didn’t bother me as much until I read that the PC version of the game features no unit cap.  At times it become distracting controlling the air force.  The air force is controlled with your directional pad and several times I either focused too much on the air force or not enough.

R.U.S.E. has loads of replay value with Trophy/Achievement support,  several modes including a deep online mode with leader boards and Down Loadable Content.

The game does support the MOVE controller that I didn’t get a chance to test out.  I played and reviewed this game exclusively for the PS3 however the game is available for Xbox360 and PC.  If your fan of RTS games or WWII games and you are looking for a RTS game for consoles I highly recommend this game. Overall R.U.S.E. receives a 8 out of 10.
