The Fighting 1:18th! The best Military 1:18 scale site on the net!
The first thing that catches your eye is that this Beachhead has not been sitting in an office or on the back lines. He is dirty, and a dirty soldier is a working soldier. This BH looks like he put in a lot of work behind enemy lines.
Mr Morelock kept the color scheme of BH for the most part. He just darkened him up a bit to add a lot more stealth to the character. He will mold right into the jungle with this look. His base figure/parts selection works very well here too. I really like the choice of legs as they are the hot set right now. Extremely good paint job done on them! He also kept the iconic beret which immediately points at him being the character BH.
The final final touch I like is the cloth (Hockey tape maybe) he added as straps around the holster and around the grenades. Gives it that little extra realism that puts this figure over the top.
