The Fighting 1:18th! The best Military 1:18 scale site on the net!
As always, here is where I would like to take the opportunity to point out what it is about this custom I like, and what catches my eye.
First off, parts selection. I am not a guru when it comes to spotting the various parts. But I can tell when they look good together and these parts flow together very well. Everything is tight to the figure without too much bulk.
Second up is the paint job. Not only do I like the choice of colors, the application of them really is what makes this custom standout. Every detail on this figure is shown with a great wash followed by a great dry brushing. Slay really nailed it in this department.
The final thing I want to note and what really caught my eye was, the dog. Holy cow that sculpt is fantastic. If I am not mistaken it was available for a short period of time via SDS. I do not remember the name of the sculptor but the paint job Slaymaker put on that sculpt would make that artist smile.
