Story
Atomic Robo v.4: Atomic Robo and Other Strangeness gives us a story of a breakthrough from the “Vampire Dimension” – highlighting Jenkins, the Atomic Robo version of Snake Eyes (but funnier); finds Robo fighting alongside the “Super Mega Five” (totally not the Power Rangers); and sees the return of a villain from both his and his creator’s past – Thomas Edison! Sort of.
Oh, and we get Dr. Dinosaur. This book sees the first appearance of Dr. Dinosaur, probably the greatest character in the series. They could make a whole book around Dr. Dinosaur (and apparently are, according to upcoming info) and I’d be happy. He’s just so joyously stupid.
Anyway, Dr. Dinosaur captures Robo and then threatens to cut off his head and mail it to – well, it doesn’t really matter. He’s insane. “Insane with GENIUS!”
We also – as usual – get some backup stories, similar to the previous volumes.
