Scalpel by MSWI

MSWI has once again caught the attention of The Eye For Details with his Cobra Physician Scalpel.

I will be perfectly honest, I was not at first sure if this was an actual character from the series or a creation out of MSWI’s mind. So off to google I went. Not only was he a real character, MSWI pulled the custom off about as close to perfection as one could get.
