X Review: Ultimate Roadblock

review-paint01

Roadblock is molded in the olive drab up top, with a darker, gray-green for his legs. The sleeves of his upper arms have some of the olive drab paint, and some great detail work on his tattoo. The hands, this time, are cast in flesh and painted black, which is a contrast to wave 2 which had the arms cast in black and painted flesh. I prefer the flesh tone plastic.

There’s also some detail work on the legs with black paint, and the face(while poorly painted) is given some 5-oclock shadow to go along with the movie’s ‘on the run’ scenario. Most of the accessories are unpainted, except for the ammo belt, the ammo can for the SAW, and some detail work on the vest.

GONE is the white knife holster! Roadblock comes with all the battle-kata accessories which includes: Two large blades, two small blades, the baton, two grips, and two nailgun-like handguns. In addition, you have another handgun, a knife, ammo belt, .50 cal., SAW, and a zipline/climbimg apparatus. Half of it, the clip end that attaches to a ledge, looks like the one that came in the Mouse/Airborne/SE 3-pack. The part that clips onto Roadblock’s arm and is attached to the string looks new. Oh right, and a stand.
