Overall is not an average.

Eh, it’s a movie Captain America figure. Had it been articulated a bit more I could see it’s value as a customizing buck, because the design really is quite visually interesting. As-is it’s just an average action figure in a sea of average action figures. If you wait a little while you should be able to pick him up online for a fraction of the price. More than $7 for this thing is asking a bit much.
