When I started reviewing the Captain America: The Winter Soldier line I was expecting to hate them all. It turns out there are not one, but two, pretty okay figures in this line. Shockwave Blast Captain America is one of those, and between the interesting design and the addition of double hinge knees, he would be my choice between the two Capts available in this line.
