SDCC 09 – Hasbro G.I. Joe Panel Notes

Hello everyone... I'm reporting in with my brief notes on the 2009 SDCC Hasbro G.I. Joe panel. One of my friends "forgot" to get in line while I was at the Hasbro Toy Shop booth so we got to sit all the way in the back, which was fine as Hasbro really had a poor showing as far as Audio/Visual material. SDCC 09 – G.I. Joe Booth Diorama

So when I got to the SDCC today, I of course went immediatly to buy some con-exclusives from the Hasbro toy booth.. but they stopped taking new people in line. Boo. So then I went to check out the G.I. Joe section of the Hasbro booth and I was WOWED by the Diorama they had set up in the middle of the area. The Fighting 1:18th invades San Diego Comic-Con 2009!

Hurray! I have landed! After a grueling 4 hour drive, me and my compadres made it to San Diego for our annual trek to Comic Con. We are going to get our passes and see some “preview night” stuff tonight in a little bit, and I will try to update this post as I can throughout the week with new photos and info I can dig up. Sure you can find almost all this info on other sites, but I will make sure to deliver it with my snarky wit and … photogenical talents 🙂 Look, I even managed to capture a photo of a Marine AH-1W Super Cobra in the wild… Not bad for 75mph on the freeway! Elite-Viper – “Elite Regiment Officer”

Of all the Rise of Cobra figures releases thus far, one caught my eye above all others. That figure is the Elite-Viper.
