Well, it took me nearly five years to add these promised pics of the Jumbo outside, but I figured I should finish this thread, in case anyone goes looking for info about 1:18 Sherman Jumbos. (Post 1 of 2)
If you're talking about my humvee, thank you! You're getting me motivated to finish it. Definitely PM Pickelhaube on here. He'll sort you with the wheel covers. Not too expensive and well worth taking the build to the next level. AND you don't need to be an expert modeler. You will need a tool...
Here are some progress pics I put in my story on @118af Instagram account... you can see fixed wheels using Pickelhaube kit, fixed antenna(replaced flimsy plastic with brass rod), and glasswork using plastic sheeting from action figure package or something like that.
Thanks, man. I've been working hard on getting better ever since posting some of my very first shots in these forums. Also, I've started a 1:18 scale toy photography features account (with work by lots of talented folks) on Instagram—it's called @118AF. Check it out at instagram.com/118af.
Yee haw! A rare moment of celebration on the trail for Travelin’ Trail Boss Huck Seed - so it goes when you manage to win such a beautiful horse in a game of poker.
Is anyone having fun with Chicken Fried Toys' Dime Novel Legends? They're pretty cool. Even cooler now that Boss Fight...
