What does the masses think.. Someone registered "From London" but their IP address shows them in Poland.. legitimate registration, or BAD SPAMMER?! Do I allow them into the cool kids place, or reject them now and forever?

I tried to triage but it had to be like 99.5% spam registrations and ain't nobody got time for that. If you are an actual person, please re-register, I'll try to keep on-top of it :)
