All I'm seeing is renderings, and nothing seems to indicate that that's an actual kit. That said, it kind of reminds me of a 'roided-out Think Tank. Masamune Shirow would be proud.

Nope. There is a kit to build with. Machined VIA .cnc... Check the kit link.

Looks to me like it is a digital kit for videos or games. Not physical models. Maybe it could be sent to a Shapeways type place, but does not sound like it was designed to.

After the digital download is complete all you need to do in order to start creating your own mechanical designs is to import the OBJ or FBX file in-to your scene. Almost all 3d applications today support OBJ or FBX import, so this shouldn't be a problem! Although if you ever have a question about import please use this form in Contacts section.
