Chaper VII - The Ugly Truth Revealed

It's the summer of 2012 and the fall elections are just around the corner. Congress is about to vote on a Bill introduced by the Democrats to begin the process of what they hope transforms this nation by joining the OWA (One World Alliance) which is a fancy name for a one world government.

Chatter is being picked up on an increasing frequency with references to aquiring property. Supporting chatter has lead Langly to starting to reveal this is just code for a major invasion.

Langley is about have the ugly truth revealed as a covert Cobra Spec Op team was captured in a chance encounter by the newly formed Team Whiskey Desert Ambush SAD Squad.

2 of the 3 Cobra Operatives were killed in the firefight, but one thankfully survived to later undergo enhanced interogation methods where he revealed the ugly thruth, the United States was going to be invaded before the elections.

He had with him some sort of nerve gas. He also revealed where in Iran he just came from and where his cargo was aquired. With little time to spare Brass was flown in to a remote corner of Afghanistan where they were briefed and the decision was made to take the outpost and find out more of what is about to rain on the Homeland.

Major Hawk breifs the brass which included General Flint the Teams creator on what the intel revealed. He shows them one of the canisters they found with the Cobra Operatives, notes of the interogations pertaining to the invasion and the location of the Cobra Outpost.

With the briefing coming to a conclusion with an important set of decisions to be made, Shipwreck see some movement in a distant building that looked suspicous. Ivan the area CIA SAD section cheif interupts the meeting to inform them that they are going to need to move out. They quickly decide Seal Team Six and it's supporting multi force team needs to mobilize for the mission.

Little did they know that there were 2 other Cobra Operatives stationed in this village and the movement was a distraction allowing the other Viper to find a perfect spot accross the square in a basement where he could use optics to look out the window and potentially give the outpost fair warning.

Whiskey Command moves into their command vehicle prepping for the mission while viewing live feed from a drone flying overhead of the outpost which is a Mosque.

SEAL Team Six and their supporting forces saddle up and discuss their tactics awaiting the arrival of the newly outfitted Delta Operative Ghost Op's.

After brief introductions the birds are fired up and mounted

With Cobra being warned just moments before the attack Firefly escapes with some of the nerve agent

You just keep outdoing yourself Rick. I love how you took some of the old shots and mixed them in and how you can put so many different types of figures in there and it does not take away from anything. I mean, you don't even notice there are about 3 different lines of toys in your shots.

The story is starting to heat up too. I'm curious if there are going to be casualties or not with the recent developments. The screens in the com room were an amazing touch too. You really have put the bar to an almost unattainable level for inside shots. You have gotten it down and have put a good story behind it. Excellent!

MB pretty much said it all...you really did an awesome job of putting these together to make one really nice cohesive story...seems like you may have added some new shots too?...there are some i don't recall ever seeing...
