It's the end of the Club as we know it... and I feel fine.

The Fb thread had a comment about this being a consequence of the consolidated Hasbroverse they're building. Since the properties will be tied together they'll want more control over them. I'm thinking they'll kill the dedicated JoeCon in favor of more floorspace for the comboverse at other established Cons.

Good riddance. Both clubs have been a joke for years. The one time I signed up for their sets/exclusives, they couldn't produce the vehicles they promised (Tanks for the Memories), and they got my cc stolen. Someone new couldn't do worse.

They seem to have publicly admitted they will no longer have the Joe license in their latest club magazine (which I haven't gotten yet).

Plus Hasbro continues to trademark con names.
