so i live in an urban area, and theres not a lot of places to take dio pics without something in the background giving that away...

so i'm starting a thread for pics that get taken right in/around the home that hearken back to when we were kids and set up battles, wars and scenes...

so have some fun guys...set up them figures without a care if theres a sofa or microwave in the background...

Yeah, we didn't need no stinkin' dios as a kid. Did anyone else make shit out of boxes? I'd turn boxes like the Joe HQ box into a Cobra Headquarters. Cut 'em up, make little rec rooms, armories, garages, swimming pools. The early, dirty dios.

I always used the styrofoam shells from stuff too. Eventually i would always start chopping them up to make doors and such, till mom saw the mess and ended that quickly.

Desk Top Dio. I used landscaping polymeric sand on a sheet of thick stock paper cut to fit. After drying the sand is hard as a rock.

First a thin layer of sand on the paper, spray water so it activates the glue.
Then add 2nd thicker layer that gets shaped to what you want. Here I did tire tracks, then inserted rocks, tree and shrubs. Spray the heck out of it and leave alone until it drys. (be carefull not to roll vehicle on wet sand as it will stick imediatly to tires).

Yeah i know, I just couldn't resist.

I am an animal lover and am horrified that people actually do something like that.

Forgive me. :(

yeah the body is from the walmart ROC surveillance post. It's the Televiper body from that. They basically repainted the Neo-Viper body and slapped a Televiper head on it. I decided to one up Hasbro in that respect. I wish they had made IG's like this in the thousands rather than the millions of storm shadows. I posted a LBC thread of this with more pics but nobody gave a shit.
