I don't know if that's some new kind of AT&T feature that identifies these calls for you or what. I hesitate to give Ma Bell much credit at all, as innovation isn't really their calling card, no pun intended.
Still, I'd never encountered that before. My dad answered the call without looking, and sure enough, it was the dreaded robocall "Don't hang up the phone. This is an important message about..."
It still pops up now and then. I was also expecting something by now. The argument is that it has to be all buttoned up before the action is taken, and that they are working the lower level people to get to the upper ones.
