Hello everyone... I'm reporting in with my brief notes on the 2009 SDCC Hasbro G.I. Joe panel. One of my friends "forgot" to get in line while I was at the Hasbro Toy Shop booth so we got to sit all the way in the back, which was fine as Hasbro really had a poor showing as far as Audio/Visual material. Hurray! I have landed! After a grueling 4 hour drive, me and my compadres made it to San Diego for our annual trek to Comic Con. We are going to get our passes and see some “preview night” stuff tonight in a little bit, and I will try to update this post as I can throughout the week with new photos and info I can dig up. Of all the Rise of Cobra figures releases thus far, one caught my eye above all others. That figure is the Elite-Viper. Based on an entirely new character design, the figure exuded coolness and attitude. Unlike many of the movie tie-in figures, the Elite-Viper looked like he meant business. Read More »
