Yep. If you can find one at Home Goods (I see a ton of Bruder there), this would be a relatively cheap base project. They disassemble pretty easily too making painting a breeze. Get a wire brush to scuff up the plastic and paint sticks well. Though they do have a couple bits and pieces that are made of that plastic that Little Tikes crap is made of that's got some kind of wax mixed into the plastic that makes paint adhesion terrible.

Yes, the base vehicle is a 1/16 Bruder Caterpillar D-9 Bulldozer. These are used extensively by the US military and the Israeli Defense Forces.
