Many know of him, but have never actually seen him. Commander Rolfe lives in secrecy, only exposing himself when his skills are needed. There's not much known about him, but some say in his age he can recall when the world had color. When grass was green, and trees were rich with vibrant colors. He can also recall a time when his face wasn't horribly disfigured, or when he didn't require leg enhancements just to move.
