Does it have much articulation? For 3.75", there's an 18" 4th party knocked-up version of the Magic Square MP Prime figure that is pretty cheap, and it's got full MP-style articulation.

Oh, they're definitely pointier than the OG toy... I decided to skew them a little more toward "real world", as the MIM-23 is a fairly pointy missile. The '82 toy was more blunt, presumably because of toy safety laws. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ok, I finally got my act together this weekend, figured this would be a good thing to work on while football played in the background. It's not a big deal... if you open him, you probably have a parts bin where you can steal a longer one... and if you're not opening him, no one's going to be examining close enough to notice. But yeah, it's strange that they got it right the first time and then screwed it up on the retro.

Retro Grunt's card is indeed iconic. However they screwed up the figure compared to the regular release. They switched to the shorter neck barbell, so he has no neck, so weird. And they didn't give him the Stalker webgear, opting for something less than OG. But in a display of big card art...
