Yeah, I can see that. RV/GV look like they would be roided out former wrasslers or something. Maybe they know Sarge. They're not Bane-level of yuge, but they scream roid-rage to me for some reason.

Your assessment is similar to my own, and very much like my feelings on her male British adventure analog, Action Man. He has a ton of gear (some of the same items), half of which have no home, and his weird huge climbing belt throws off his proportions at the waist and yet still isn't great...

As if I didn't have enough little projects going on, I spent a lot of time over the summer customizing some little NewAge transformers figures (I'll spare you a photo dump of them all). In doing so, I had some spare parts that ended up being mostly yellow Sideswipe and mostly red Sunstreaker...

I think any SC reissue would end up being a TF repaint or the green deco (HAVOC Mk II) or something. I doubt they'll do a white one again. They can't get too close to the haslab deco without pissing off the flippers.

I got the snowcat and AWE largely for the figures, but I'm definitely not in love with the vehicles. The TM and AWE look like they were done by the same person... who absolutely does not understand proportions.

I think that the consensus is that they're generally well-received, but I don't know what kind of volume they're doing. Like everything from S7, it feels overpriced, even in the face of $30 classified, but they definitely scratch that o-ring itch. But at least they don't suffer from the...

New Wave arrived today... The SNAKEs are awesome and have the rock covering on the back like in the MASS crystal mines. They also have knee joints and mild elbow bends, so they're not nearly as static as the original... but they don't fit figures on the inside. They're just the robot-only...

I broke down and ordered Armada from WM, simply because they said I'd get it today, while AMZ was still saying sometime in Nov. To get free shipping, I had to add something else, and I opted for a pair of Legacy cops. They weren't as cheap as I'd hoped to pick them up, but they were the best...

I have a CAD set that looks pretty good/vintage, and I found a set of rims and tires that look better than straight upscaled arah. I'll have to do some CAD work to marry them up, but I think I can pull it off.
