    1/18 TA-183 Huckabeen

Decals on, not a ton of them. I wish I would have used the included stencils with white paint to help them stand out, but hindsight is 20/20 and I thought I could skip the extra work... Working on the X-4 Ruhrstahl missiles. Still need some touch-ups.

My belly belly. I'm all about the base. Camo, I tried a new technique for the edges. Not sure I like it, especially along the rear of the fuselage. Thoughts? Defense of Reich band and some insignias. It's been a while since I used stencils I forgot a light hand is better than a heavy...

Filling and sanding done, whew! Primed with self etching primer, a must for fiberglass IMO. Painted panel lines, not my best work. Too much coffee? Too many beers? Must be liquor, because I don't recall. Aluminum bits, I wish I would have used Modelmaster instead of Tamiya. Fins! Lots...

    1/18th Scale Mi-24 Hind Will Become A Reality !!!

It really is a tank with rotors, they flew them frequently when I was at Ft. Bliss for VACR and they were imposing as hell.

Picked this up at Hobby Lobby on clearance from $325: It's a neat plane for sure I didn't get the $35 deal some people have but I did get it for $70. I passed at first then went back in and bought it when I thought about the quality. It really is made out of stretched silk and...
