Wanted to get a jump start on the May banner theme so people can get some ideas. The theme is to recreate an internet meme. You know them well. Many of them are posted. For this one you need to have a picture of the meme you are doing a picture of to qualify.
April's banner theme will be one that has a scene where negotiations are being made. This can be a lot of things. From political powers sitting at a table discussing things to a hostage situation that someone is trying to talk the kidnappers down.
Here is the rub, there has to be a short...
Welcome aboard and thanks for sharing this project! That is not crappy by any means. The amount of creativity it took to make that happen and the fact that you did this in scale is actually a bit more than impressive. That needs to be in a dio! :D
Forced perspective that is..... Must use a figure that is 1:18th scale with a background or foreground. Must make it look to be scale of course. :fuckit:
No Photoshop
The theme for the month of February will be either of a sniper in their nest or of a target through the cross hairs. Photoshop is only allowed for shots through the scope. Anything else is all natural. If a scoped shot is done it can either be of the target alive or dead as long as they are...
January's theme is to do an entry with an explosion. The picture can be the set up before the explosion, the explosion itself or after the explosion but one way or another there has to be one implemented in one form.
Photoshop allowed.
I actually made up his biography as the pictures were uploading last night. I was going to put barbed wire on the shield also but ran out of time. It was something I had planned for a while but wait until yesterday to even do.
Ppfffftttt......I know a mech that will drop that thing back to the stone age! :D
That is pretty effin' cool though. Dinosaurs shooting missiles and lasers is +100 interwebz.
Thanks! Not sure if it was canceled. I found it at Marshalls the other day and went back yesterday to get it. Figured with a little work it would be decent. Just cut a Data Viper pack in half to put it on the back.
