I agree with everything MB said^ I love the little things. Maps in center console. open map on dash. A fricking compass. Outstanding paint apps. it looks used and abused in a natural looking way after a long deployment. bravo bravo bravo!

So I have begun making a Cobra Throne room. It is far far from finished as you will see in the pics. I plan on putting some sort of CPU monitor on the ceiling yet that will be controlled by the unfinished control panel beside the chair. My problem is, what the hell else should go in a throne...

I agree, if i didnt read the post saying it dried darker, i would have thought that it was the desired effect. I love it like that it looks really great!!

Agree with K-Tiger, only way i have ever gotten paint to stay on that piece was to dremil it down so it didnt touch. I actually think thats more work than swapping the part and that risks damaging spots on the forearm from the dremil touching.

SR 501 method worked, Got one off with only having to cut the one side of the inner bar. I didnt know that was attached on both sides. How the hell do they mold it like that. lol.

I had built various Lab things in the past. Using Rex's Tutorials, I built walls and floors to bring it all together.

My first attempt at trying Rex's method. I did not use the same material though. I wanted to practice with what I had first. I did these out of the hard coated drop ceiling tiles. My next attempt will be red bricks if I can find the patience for it.

I tried this method recently and it works well. Got to finish painting my walls and than i will post pics. Thanks again Rex for the tutorial and idea.
