Here ya go.... When I'm finished the trees in the 'dio' that I'm working on in a few days I'll put up some dio shots with both MRAPs together. Maybe even an uparmored Humvee.

...sneaky sneaky........... 1/2 way to go. First the cab, then the back, then the roof top in three pieces, then finally the gun turret. Then things like ruck sacks, and packs, and weapon(s). Oh then more color, paint details,clear gloss, wash, drybrush a little, flat coat, and then...

The Dremel tool is your best friend Hun, there are many cutting and grinding heads for many applications, but an exacto knife is good to. I'm not close to the final paint yet, you'll like what I'm gonna do brother. Always make it a clean look first( of coarse with washing and drybrushing)...

No I don't go crazy with to many angled measurements because I don't know how to convert metric and scale together. I can follow blueprints very well, just not draw them in scale. Everything I do is visual, once I figure out how tall or wide something is against a reference,(a man or woman), I...

CARDBOARD!!!!! oh my. Anything made from that here would melt away from the humidity. However it is cheap. Post a couple of pics I want to see that. High density foam is another good material because you can carve it and its resistant to almost ALMOST anything. Anyway this one skill that...

I've worked with many different materials and wood is the most forgiving material and most wood is cheap. Plastic is the easiest material to work with as it cuts and shapes nicely and retains that shape, but is expensive. As with wood it shrinks and expands so if someone made something really...
