I could see JARVIS becoming Vision, (In a way that would mean Vision was in IM1-3 & Avengers. ha ha) I just love the idea that Dummy becomes Ultron. It would add a lot to the previous films :)

I was watching IM3 again, & something about these movies jumps out at me. The AI in Tony's arm droid. (The one that he is always mean too.) Its the one piece of equipment he saves from the Mansion. I think the AI is the one that becomes Ultron. Reasonable theory, spoiler or crazy VV?

I believe they are planning to tie it in with Roxxan Oil & Cybertek. (Like we havn't seen 100 references to it in the films already. (That's who made Deathlok. So here's hoping I believe we will see it referenced in tonight episone.

I think Agents of Shield is giving us a nice sneak peak how that might be possible (spoiler) with the whole Deathlok story line. WS's arm is almost a dead give away.
