That's a great idea for using nail clippers. There was a bit of flash on my ZV tubes but that's it. It took about 20 seconds on each pipe to deflash. Certainly nothing to gripe about, especially considering the quality of the actual cast and the perfect material used.

Decided to scratch build a canopy as one of my older customs was missing one (I just swap out the canopy when I'm taking pics of the others). The fucking things are impossible to find so I started making one at 3.30 a.m. and finished it at around 10 a.m. Re-tipped eye and chin guns -

Wips - I made a card mount first to make sure everything sat right. Then made a mount from 3.2mm ABS plastic. The wing attachment is a plumbing pipe reducer. The 11mm version is the absolute perfect fit. I cut it to size and added the notch.

You can't really see them behind the skirt, but I sculpted film accurate legs and arse as well. You can only see his legs in the DVD extras. They're kinda like upside down mushrooms.

Here's the variations on he Great Knife. When I looked back at the pics I thought I fucked it up, but now I see it's pretty good if you go by the first pic. The next Knife I'll make will be from the second pic. I sent the head and knife to SWG for casting so both should be available soon.
