Probably total length minus rotors. Find out the degree of the slanted rear and you should be able to estimate the size of the ramp based on the height of the fuselage.
At 1:18th scale:
29.88" L
4.8" W
11.1" H
Not including rotors, ramp, etc. Just base length, width, and height.
I'm sure you could find a Boeing site that would have more specifications.
Technically I already took a picture of that. Pretty sure it's in this thread.
