Bingo! I do the same thing with the ankle/cuff area. Forward foot movement is MUCH better. I'll have to add some pix for this mod.

No... it was just like the MU classic avengers (3-pack) gold iron man, but grey with skirt piece - IIRC.

Can anyone find a picture/name of the MU grey iron man, with the skirt thingie? Looking for one, but can't seem to find it. I'd swear there was one in a 3 or 4 pack. Not the gold one...

Well, like I said... in the one picture, they all look 4" scale, based on the guys hand right next to Carnage. I'm probably wrong though, since 4" is what we all want. :wtf:

You guys need to look a little closer at the Spidey pix... He has additional Pec joints, like older ML figs. Also swivel/hinged wrists like most new Joes. Swivel thighs, rocker ankles... And something I just noticed - The one picture of the 2 guys taking pix of the figs (black cat...

If you want the arms completely out, yes... you'll have to crack the torso open.

Done it many times on other figures already. Just requires the proper neck donor. MU is great for that, as long as you use one that's not too big (Rogers buck is really wide/thick). I think the Magneto/Ghost Rider neck is more what you'd need. Oh well... guess I'll have to add something to...

Hell yeah, bro. It really is amazing how 1 or 2 fairly minor mods can make such a huge difference. Throw some pix up right here when you can.

It's quite baggy/loose around the bottom, and the arm holes are too small/tight to allow the arms to get the "tight" rifle pose. It would require a bit of modding and resizing to truly work. It has good potential though.
