I get too damn impatient some times, so when I need to remove lower arms, feet - I make a cut into the limb to remove it. Later, I just glue the little cut back together. Sometimes you just don't want to get up from the table, you know?

Oh, I'm sooo replacing the head on my Conan. Although, I didn't think it was a bad head to begin with... just not a true Ah-nold head. I'm sure I'll have to sculpt something though.

The easiest thing, imo, would be to get several of the Bravo Team protech helmet casts, and use the mics from them. Other than that, I'd go with making each one from styrene (real pain).
