1:18 anti-air vehicles. Anything?

I checked over the 8 pages of threads of Modern 1:18, and I hope I didn't miss anything, but I didn't see anything on this. Is there anything in 1:18 for an anti-aircraft vehicle, like the Linebacker, something Russian, maybe modern Flakpanzer (I'm not a super expert or anything). Can anyone suggest anything that I have missed but that is floating around out there?

Not that I know of...unless you go the GI Joe route which really isn't real world in most cases.

Thanks to you both. Actually, that Equalizer looks kind of like a half-decent hybrid of the Sgt. York, a bit like a ZSU, and some ideas from the Hummer Avenger AA platform. Maybe without the stickers, and without the GI Joe figures, that could be decent. Thanks!

No doubt, but the equalizer is always so pricey...I have wanted to get one for each of my boys and 1 for me...but never seem to find them very affordable.

That's about it. I always wondered if the Equalizer turret could be fitted to a 1:18 chassis successfully, perhaps a Bulldog or Patton.

Find the right minigun and a VADS isn't too far off if you also have a 21st M113. I'm with you though, ReallyMe. I'd love a mostly-obsolete SPAD.

A Flakpanzer Gepard would be the balls.

I want to do a HMMV with a "shark cage" rack (MOS 16S), like we used before we transitioned to the Avenger system you showed (MOS 14S).

Chap Mei made a Humvee like thing that was based on that avenger anti-aircraft system. I remember seeing it in a KB toy store back when I was 12. I don't know if it's proportions are even close to accurate though. Considering it was made by Chap-Mei, I'd say it probably isn't.

Yep that's it. Good find on those pictures, you would think I would remember the nomenclature as many times as I pulled PMCS on one! Hard to believe I took those pics nearly 20 years ago.

I've got one in the stash already. Figure I'll make the the rack out of molding mesh. I need to figure out how to make the Stinger "coffin" cases.
