Cobra Roddy Piper head cast?

Does anyone cast the Roddy Piper head that came on that O-ring figure from a few years back?

I'm working on a Flash Gordon figure and I think that head looks a lot like Sam Jones.

Does anyone know how it compares size wise to modern bodies?
