Fallschirmjäger Helmets?

I have some ideas to make 21st century's FJs well, better. Adding hip joints, ankle, the whole nine yards but, there helmets are to small for some of the heads I have gathered for them. So Anybody have any ideas or success in making Fj Helmets?

I'd like to see people make 1/18 hats and Helmets of all types. You'd think Marauders would have done more than simply make a beret.

What I've seen usually involves just taking a standard stahlhelm and cutting off the back section until it looks like a jump helmet.

Your right.

Back in the day unsavory types were doing just that. They would get an original standard steel helmet with FJ liners cut them down and selling them as originals.

No one knows were they got the liners from.

Good thing they did not make the metal roll on the inside because a lot of unknowing collectors would have gotten burned.

That's what I was figuring, I would have to do. Has any body on here attempted it?
