Hesco Bastions

I was wonder if any of you guys had some suggestions on how to make HESCO bastions that are used at some of the Forward Operating Bases in Afghanistan. I have been think of making a section of a FOB or a small firebase. Any ideas or suggestion would be alot of help.

I'd get 2" foam board and cut it into 2"x2" cubes...then carve in the wirelines.

You could get the wire frame from the netting used to package fruit. I used something similar for spiderman's web.

Combine Mojo's and VV's ideas. Take the 2" cube of insulation foam and use a bandana or other fabric to go around the cube. Leave a little lip at the top of the cube. Then get some screen material to go around and over that. Add some rock scenery on top and then paint it. Repeat the process.
