It is obvious that the flaps move but if anybody who can tell me if the flaps come all the way in the down position and if so how is the best way to bring them down?

It's a beautiful model I have waited until now to get one because of the lack of $$$ but I got a deal on it from Aikens Airplanes it was originally $279 but they had a Christmas sale of something like 15 or 20% off plus free shipping which brought my total to $235. The quality is excellent my only complaint is the "MARINE" lettering on the tail is crooked and that the nozzles do not go in the fully down position oh and that it is nearly impossible to cram a pilot in ther but I did it somehow.
