What scale are the Ninja Turtle movie figures?

Also, what's the deal with giving the entire line full articulation except the female figure?

2. Because as we all know no one cares about female figures.

Do you think the April head would be useable for Joes? (I'd like to get some Megan Fox head)

Unfortunately no. Probably a good candidate for shrinking, though.
