Red Spot one of those new characters introduced in the Spy Troops line. I always like the fig, and when I saw the retailiation trooper I saw an easy means to a 30th update.

Recipe is Ret Trooper, with barbecue neckpiece slightly modded and some cast pouches from taterbot.
