Officer Coins!

After much waiting through the painstaking process of design and creation, the 2013-2014 Officer Membership Coins are here, and ready to be mailed out to those that have donated to help keep this site afloat. We are 100% staff and member funded so that we can say what we want, how we want, and when we want. Nobody tells us what to say, and that’s all thanks to you. We’ve done a lot to improve the site, to broaden its area of influence, and to give as many special “thank you for being a member” offers as we can! You help keep this place alive! You help this place grow! So here’s to another year! Stop talking and show me the coins! Read More »

And to the guys here at home keeping the forum running with the day to day routine, and helping to gather and present all ... Read More »

SDCC 2013: Day 1 News

Day 1 begins as it has in the past. A hangover from preview night, long lines, and the realization that you are standing there and that you, the SDCC patron, are not a morning person. News was rather slim pickings last night. Even though there was a good bit to see, much of it in the 1:18th scale was of things we’ve already seen. That leaves us hopeful that there may be more revealed as the weekend progresses, and also doubtful that we’ll see anything good, if the much lauded preview night gave us so little to look forward to.
