Would the big ass can suppressor on the ACR look any better if it was pushed further back, almost flush with the end?

2nd that opinion. The overly fat-assed muzzle ain't helping any, either.
If you don't mind having a fixed suppressor, cut that muzzle off and throw on the series 6 suppressor... looks fan-fuhking-tastic (imo).

Has anyone tried to fit any gun into the new RB's hands other than the guns he comes with? It's like he's palming Eddie's head.

Tried to? Yes. Succeeded? My RB-based Copperhead is using a Marauders Desert Eagle and AKM. But as for anything accurate, nah. Even the pistol Ultimate RB comes with doesn't stay in hand for long.
It is rather large, but some girls like that...it's tough finding pants that fit, but eh, it's part of my life...
